German Shepherds Run to Their Owner for Help — and the Video Leaves the Internet Curious
Speaking to Amo Meu Pet, the dogs’ owner explained who the mysterious “Adilson” is.

A pair of dogs went viral after being caught in a moment of despair. The duo ran to their owner, seemingly asking for help for someone named Adilson.
We were just as curious to find out what was going on — and who this Adilson guy was. So we reached out to Elitonia Poletti, who recorded the video, to get the full story.
In the video, Fox and Frida began whining as soon as they found Elitonia — who quickly realized what they needed. In the narration, they “begged” the woman to save Adilson.
The family, who lives in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, shares the lives of their German Shepherd duo on TikTok.
They’ve garnered over 750,000 views on the platform — but recently, they became a hot topic for a different reason: the two were caught begging their owner to save Adilson.
In an interview with Amo Meu Pet (our Brazilian website about news), the owner explained what happened: Adilson is her husband — and also Fox and Frida’s favorite human.
“My husband has always spent more time with them since they arrived. That’s why their bond is so strong. These days, they follow Adilson everywhere — even to construction sites,” she said.
When he disappeared for a few moments after climbing a ladder, the dogs panicked at the thought of losing their favorite human. So they ran to Elitonia to “save” him — haha!
Knowing how attached they were to Adilson—and that nothing was actually wrong—she decided to record the poor pups’ desperation and even encourage the behavior a bit. In another part of the video, the owner narrates yet another "cry for help" from Fox and Frida:
“I already told you, human — Adilson went up the ladder. Go on! Go get him, human, and bring him back, please,” she says in the narration.
Favorite Person
The fact is, Adilson is the star of Fox and Frida’s lives. He appears in multiple videos — running after him, interacting with him, or just staying close by.
Not to mention, the two love accompanying their owner to “work.” They happily hop into the car and ride along with Adilson, who works as a builder in the city.
