“Record Me, Mom!”: Pit Bull Asks to Be Filmed While Jumping in the Pool — Watch the Video
In an interview, the family shared how the little dog’s passion for water began.

When I saw the video of the Pit Bull asking his owner to record him jumping in the pool, I immediately thought of that classic childhood call: “MOOOOM, check this out!”As a social media star, this doggo seems to know he’s pleasing his millions of fans with his joyful water antics. In an interview with Amo Meu Pet (our Brazilian pet news website), the family shared how this passion began.
Breaker of stereotypes, blood donor, and daily therapist to millions on social media, Sebastian is an adorable caramel-colored Pit Bull!
Every day, his owners, Andrezza and Leonardo, who live in São Paulo, Brazil, share their adventures with him and his sister Valentina, a white-and-brown-spotted Border Collie.
In a viral video captioned “I’m the main character,” Sebastian demands that his owners record his spectacular pool jumps. Andrezza can be heard cheering the little cutie on throughout the video.
“Go, I’m recording!” she says to the Pit Bull who loves attention.
Despite his clear abilities in the water, Sebastian only learned how to swim after a little scare, according to his family.
“He learned to swim by nearly drowning. When he was still a puppy, he fell in the pool and got desperate, but soon started jumping and swimming,” the owners explained.
Even though there’s no pool at home, Sebastian grew even more in love with jumping into the water. Each time the couple visited a friend or traveled somewhere with a pool, he took the chance to have fun.
“In addition to being filmed in the pool, Sebastian loves when we record him playing soccer,” Andrezza points out.
Fun Facts about Sebastian
Sebastian is famous on social media for having “created” the trend of pet care ASMR.
Andrezza points out that people love watching the doggo swim and feel the peace he radiates. “Sebastian is also known for wearing a backpack to break stereotypes. If you see another dog wearing one, you can be sure they were inspired by Seba,” the owner said.
Sebastian is so adored on the internet that some joke (or maybe not, haha) that he’s the reincarnation of a human. “His followers often say he’s the reincarnation of a human because of his unique personality and mannerisms,” Andrezza concludes.
