Who doesn’t love cuddles, right? Snoopy, a six-year-old Poodle, would certainly agree—he loves being pampered by his owner.

Snoopy’s owner is Alexandre Farelli, who lives in the Flamengo neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In a video sent to Amo Meu Pet (our Brazilian website about pet news), he showed how much this little dog loves attention.

Snoopy loves lying on the beanbag with his tummy up so much that he gets upset when Alexandre stops petting him. When this happens, he extends his front paws towards his owner, demanding more attention.

We can all guess who’s the real boss in this house, right? Haha. Snoopy definitely makes it clear.

According to Alexandre, the pup joined the family when he was less than a month old, and everyone immediately fell in love with him.

And it’s easy to see why—besides looking like a fluffy cloud, he’s affectionate and playful. Who could resist all that?

But that’s not all—Snoopy also loves going for walks, usually at least twice a day.

When it comes to food, he’s a pro! He loves kibble and shredded chicken breast—but only shredded. This guy is picky!

There’s no doubt Snoopy is spoiled—and that’s why he’s so cuddly! Too cute!

He also enjoys playing with his toys, chasing balls, and walking around Aterro do Flamengo.

But out of everything he loves, his favorite thing is getting affection.

How could anyone not fall in love with a pup like that?! Impossible!

Why Do Dogs Like Affection?

According to the news portal PetMD, dogs like affection mainly because it activates the reward system in their brains, releasing chemicals that generate feelings of pleasure and well-being.

Furthermore, touch is an important form of communication and affection between dogs and their owners, strengthening emotional bonds.

Many dogs also have specific areas of their body that are particularly sensitive to touch, such as their neck, belly, and ears, and being petted in these areas can be especially pleasurable for them.

However, it is important to remember that every dog is unique, and their individual preferences may vary.

Therefore, it is essential to know and respect your own dog’s limits and preferences when it comes to affection.
