Pitbull “Questions” Human Behavior in Hilarious Video and He Has a Point

I think there are many questions going through our dogs’ minds that remain unanswered—and a Pitbull named Shiro decided to bring them to light in a funny and thought-provoking video, hoping some human might be willing to answer.

Did he get his answers? Well, if it depends on his owners Rodrigo and Cibele, he probably won’t—and will just keep questioning what he doesn’t understand about humans, haha.

The video was shared on the pet’s social media, which has over 1.3 million followers across TikTok and Instagram, on November 28—making internet users laugh.

The first thing Shiro questions is why his walks only last 40 minutes—even though his humans are out all day and act reluctant to take him.

That’s a good question, isn’t it, Shiro? Good thing your food bowl gets filled every day—otherwise, I doubt you’d even ask, haha.

Another thing that upsets Shiro is having to eat the same kibble every day, while his humans eat something different. That’s unfair, right, Shiro?

And here’s another: why do his humans eat food they claim is bad for him?

If it’s bad for dogs, it should be bad for humans too—at least, that’s what Shiro thinks!

Another thing that puzzles Shiro is why humans spend so much time in the bathroom when they could just do their business on a walk, like he does.

Shiro’s list of questions goes on and on—so he says, “Good thing I wasn’t born a human!” We agree, Shiro, we agree!

Who Is Shiro?

This joyful, two-year-old Pitbull lives with his rabbit brother, Floks (aka Mr. Snotnose), and his humans in São Paulo, Brazil.

“He’s a very sweet dog with lots of friends—his walking companions Zezé and Mel, our neighbors,” Cibele Amo Meu Pet (our Brazilian website about pet news).

Cibele and Rodrigo created Shiro’s social media to show a different side of the Pitbull breed.

Pitbulls have a reputation for being aggressive, but as we know, like any dog, it all depends on how they’re raised.

“Today, since a good part of our audience is made up of children, I know we’re on the right track. Children aren’t born prejudiced—it’s up to us adults to break the cycle,” she said.

The Video

Cibele explained that the video idea came from imagining the kinds of questions any dog would ask—since Shiro’s videos often show him “thinking” and “talking.”

The post received over 551,000 views, 108,000 likes, and hundreds of funny comments.

“So many questions… Existential crisis at this hour, Shirooo!” joked one user.
“Shiro, you’re better off not understanding—humans are way too complicated,” said another.
“Shiro, I don’t even want to understand humans… just enjoy your awesome life,” another commented.
